Crust and Filling Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk or your choice
  • 1 cup Cheese A mix of cheddar and Swiss
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon Crumble it before mixing
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • to taste Salt & Pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add spices or herbs like thyme or paprika. This quiche can be prepared a day in advance. It keeps in the fridge for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to a month.
