  • 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 4 tablespoons butter Use for sautéing and flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
  • 1/4 cup white wine Can substitute with extra chicken broth or lemon juice.
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and white wine, then add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can freeze for up to a month.
