- Add the mayo, celery, scallions, dill, basil, chives, and jalapeño (if using) to the seafood mixture and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the zest and juice of the lemon, along with the pink sea salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Bun Toasting
- In another pan, heat your preferred option (butter, olive oil, or mayo) and toast the New England style buns until golden and crispy.
