Ingredients
  

Seafood Mix
  • 8 oz Cooked Lobster Meat Use fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 8 oz Lump Crab Meat Use fresh or thawed from frozen
Creamy Filling
  • 1/2 cup Mayo Can replace with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp Scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 1 medium Jalapeño, optional Omit if you don't like spice
  • 1 ea Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp Pink Sea Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Bun Preparation
  • 4 ea New England Style Buns
  • 2 tbsp Softened Butter, Olive Oil, or Mayo for toasting buns Choose one for toasting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat and lump crab meat, flaking them gently with a fork.
  2. Add the mayo, celery, scallions, dill, basil, chives, and jalapeño (if using) to the seafood mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the zest and juice of the lemon, along with the pink sea salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Bun Toasting
  1. In another pan, heat your preferred option (butter, olive oil, or mayo) and toast the New England style buns until golden and crispy.
Assembly
  1. Fill each bun generously with the seafood mixture.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a side of crispy potato chips, pickles, or a salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for about 2 days and reheat seafood filling before serving again.
