Ingredients
  

For the roll ups
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • for garnish Fresh vegetables (cucumber, bell peppers) For serving alongside the rolls

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, chives, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Lay out a slice of smoked salmon on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salmon.
  4. Roll the salmon tightly to create a log shape.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with fresh vegetables as garnish.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to three days. For a fancier touch, sprinkle additional dill on top before serving.
