Ingredients
  

Pasta and Dressing
  • 2 cups Macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
Vegetables and Seasoning
  • 1 cup Diced celery
  • 1/2 cup Diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced bell pepper
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
Mixing the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and mustard.
  2. Add the cooled pasta, diced celery, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything gently until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chilling the Salad
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad chill out in the fridge. This can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
