  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sliced scallions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with gochujang, mayonnaise, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 days. For a make-ahead option, assemble everything except the filling a day in advance.
