  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon Fresh lemon juice enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in lemon juice and stir to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve over linguine or rice. Pairs well with a green salad and crusty bread. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
