Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, diced ham, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg if you’re feeling fancy.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture directly into the crust.
Cooking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm, ideally with a side salad drizzled with balsamic glaze. This quiche keeps for about 3-4 days in the fridge. It can also be frozen for up to a month.
