  • 2 stalks 2 green onions, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon sesame oil Adds depth and richness to the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the fish fillets in a steamer or on a heatproof plate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
Cooking
  1. Steam the fish for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. For freezing, do so right after cooking, and it should keep for up to a month. Reheat by steaming to keep the fish moist.
