Preparation
- Place the fish fillets in a steamer or on a heatproof plate.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
Cooking
- Steam the fish for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. For freezing, do so right after cooking, and it should keep for up to a month. Reheat by steaming to keep the fish moist.
