For the chicken and sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking the chicken

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Can marinate chicken for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Optional for a kick
For serving
  • 2 green onions, sliced For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for an additional minute until fragrant.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serving
  1. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For added texture, consider including crunchy vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
