  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular yogurt or non-dairy alternatives
  • 1/2 cup milk Use plant-based milk for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for sweetness
  • as needed cubes Ice Optional for a chilled smoothie

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  2. If desired, add honey for sweetness and some ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Serve in a tall glass, topped with sliced strawberries or granola if desired. For storage, keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in an airtight container for about a month. Blend again with a splash of milk when ready to enjoy.
