  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the honey (or maple syrup), softened cream cheese, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Use your hands to form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

These protein balls keep well in the fridge for about one week. You can freeze them for up to three months. For a chocolate cheesecake version, add cocoa powder.
