  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional

Preparation
  1. In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and protein powder (if using).
  2. Stir in chopped strawberries and honey or maple syrup, mixing well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir, add toppings if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

These oats can be customized with different fruits, nut butters, or spices. Store in the fridge for up to five days or freeze for up to three months.
