Preparing the Fudge
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in crushed strawberries and vanilla extract.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan and spread it evenly.
- Top with chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
