Fudge Base
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Stir thoroughly to avoid clumps.
Topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries For garnish.

Method
 

Preparing the Fudge
  1. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in crushed strawberries and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with chopped strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. For a fun twist, try using different berries or adding a hint of lemon zest.
