  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with almond yogurt for a vegan option
  • 1 banana Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk) Almond milk can be used for a dairy-free option
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Optional; can be omitted or replaced with more yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional; adjust based on sweetness preference
  • as needed Ice cubes Optional; for a chillier smoothie

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy your revitalizing smoothie!

Notes

Store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before consuming. Not recommended for freezing.
