Preparation
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- While the shrimp marinates, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
Serving
- Serve the shrimp and vegetable mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in separate containers for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until piping hot, adding a splash of water if the shrimp seem dry.
