Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, flour, eggs, milk, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold in the fresh herbs, onion, and bell pepper until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, alongside salads or as a standalone treat.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. To reheat, warm in the oven or microwave.
