  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley), chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, flour, eggs, milk, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the fresh herbs, onion, and bell pepper until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, alongside salads or as a standalone treat.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. To reheat, warm in the oven or microwave.
