Preparation
- Pat dry the langostino tails. Make sure they’re fully thawed and dry.
- In a bowl, mix together the langostino, half the mayonnaise, and chives. Slowly add more mayonnaise until the lobster is lightly coated.
Toasting Buns
- Spread softened butter on both sides of the buns and sprinkle garlic powder lightly over the top.
- Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and warm.
Serving
- Load the lobster salad into the toasted buns and serve immediately, preferably with garlic sauce on the side.
Notes
For a flavor boost, consider adding avocado or using Greek yogurt mixed with mayo. Serve with crispy fries or a chilled avocado salad.
