  • 2 cups Tomatoes, diced Ripe tomatoes work best for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can be replaced with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.

  • 1 avocado diced Adds creamy texture.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
