Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until everything’s well combined.
- Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of your prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- Layer the fresh berries on top of the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the berries evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store these bars in the fridge for about 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. To enjoy, warm them in the oven for a few minutes.
